General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fg66i ("fg66i", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the fg66i website accessible at fg66i.app and all associated services, products, games, features, and content made available through that website, including but not limited to: live casino games, online slot machines, cricket sports betting markets, lottery products, the digital cashier, promotional bonuses, and customer support channels.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the fg66i platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

fg66i reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fg66i support may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure. Accepted identity documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driver's licence bearing a date of birth.

If fg66i discovers that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, or has circumvented the platform's age verification controls by any means, fg66i will immediately void all winnings, confiscate all deposits, and permanently close the account. fg66i may also report such instances to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the fg66i platform at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, fg66i reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated balances, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

When registering an account with fg66i, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a working Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change after registration.

fg66i applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process requires you to submit a clear copy or photograph of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Bangladesh NID card, passport, or driver's licence).

Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have completed KYC verification are processed by fg66i's finance team during operating hours. fg66i aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within a few hours of submission. Withdrawal timelines are subject to the standard processing times of the receiving payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

fg66i reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. fg66i strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts. fg66i does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Bonus and Promotional Terms

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human tool to place bets or interact with the fg66i platform is strictly prohibited. fg66i employs automated monitoring systems to detect non-human activity patterns, and any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Winnings derived from automated play may be voided.

Players must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, cheating, or fraudulent activity on the platform. Any player who is found to have engaged in, facilitated, or benefited from any form of match manipulation or collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties will have their account permanently closed and all associated balances confiscated. fg66i will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation arising from such conduct.

Account Suspension and Closure

fg66i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Multiple account creation by a single individual.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against fg66i through a third-party payment provider without first contacting fg66i support to resolve the matter.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at fg66i support staff or other players.
• Detection of a player being under the age of 18.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fg66i will freeze the account balance for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be restored and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, fg66i reserves the right to confiscate the balance in full or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their fg66i account may do so by contacting the support team via the in-platform live chat. Before requesting closure, players should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools section of their account may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will be declined in all circumstances.

Responsible Gaming Obligations
